On Tuesday 22nd of May 7Y and 7N visited a local historical site, the Vardre in Deganwy.
It is a very pleasant site which is on top of a large hill, which makes the views go on for miles. On the very peak of the Castle you can even see the North tip of Anglesey!
As you look over the walls that have been restored, they , looked as if they were hard enough to withstand an attack.
The activities we took part in were sketching the location and adding labels and imagining how we could attack the castle.
Mr Taylor told us old historic stories about the castle and we walked around the castle to get a sense of the sheer size of the castle.
